Neer Dosa


Ingredients:
Dosa rice-2 cup
Cooked boiled rice-1/2 of a big spoon
Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Salt-for taste
oil






Method:


Grind all the ingredients with water in a mixer into a thin texture of batter .take dosa tawa and heat it.Apply some oil and take one spoon of the dosa batter and slowly splash it on the preheated tawa.After 1 min slowly remove the dosa from the tawa.Serve hot with coconut chutney or any gravy.












Veg-Pulao:




Ingredients:
Basmati Rice-1 cup
Ghee-3tbs
Onion-2
Cinnamon-small piece
Cloves-2
Cardamom-2
Bayleaves-1
Cashewnuts-handful
Raisins-10-15
Ginger Garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Carrot-1
Tomato-1
Beans-4-5
Peas-1/2 cup
Potato-1
Chillies-2
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala-1/4tsp
Coriander leaves-handful
Pudina-a little
Lemon-1
Salt






Method:
Soak rice in water for 15-30 min
Take Tomato,Coriander leaves,Pudina,Chillies in a mixer and grind it with very little water.Keep it aside.In a kadai heat the ghee.Add cinnamon,cloves and cardamom.saute it for some time.Add Onion and keep sauting.Add cashew and raisins.Now add ginger garlic paste and saute.Add all the vedetables and saute for 5 min.Later add the grinded mixture and saute for some time.After few minutes add Turmeric powder,garam masala,and salt .Add the drained rice and mix it well for some time.Add double of water(1cup rice=2cup water).When it starts boiling simmer the flame,close the lid and cook for 10-15 min till its done.When its ready add 2tsp of lemon juice and mix it well.Garnish with coriander leaves and cashew.
